>Does anyone have Battery Recondition 1.1 ? I didnt find it on APples >site, and none of my battery respond to reconditioner 1.2 or 1.5. Ok, 1.1 and 1.2 are in an archive at http://toh.dyndns.org/macstuff/duobattrecondition.sit The earlier version is from the Powerbook Duo Software 2.0 disk, which also had the Duo Enabler 2.0 for System 7.1 and the 68040 Duos. The later one is from System 7.5. There's probably also a v1.0 on the Duo Software 1.0 disk (with the Type III Battery Enabler for 7.1), or on someone's original 68030 Duo disk set. It might be useful to work out which versions work with which Duos and OS releases - I've never seen that documented by Apple. I'm not sure if there are versions numbered 1.3 or 1.4 - I don't think they ever saw public release if so. Note that failing to recondition your battery is not the same as not supporting your model of Duo - some batteries just can't be saved. :) -- Marc Sira | [EMAIL PROTECTED] "If you can't play with words, what good are they?" ---------- Duo/2400 List, The friendliest place on the Net!
