I have a similar problem with my 280c, Mac OS 8.1, 24MB RAM) if I switch
AppleTalk to Alternate Ethernet (using an Asant� EN/SC). I haven't been able
to find the source of the problem yet, and I have a lot of other
problems/quircks too (check my other message).
