I am sitting here looking at them.  Red lead to plus of first 3v
battery. A strap is spot welded to the negative of the first battery and
to the positive of the second battery and a white lead is attached to
that strap.  The black lead is attached to the negative side of the
second 3v battery.  What that does, I haven't a clue. One of the guys at
work said that perhaps that was for charging.
