Hi Gurus: I have a PB Duo 280c, with os 7.5 on it. My question is that I did not get the OS disks with the computer when I bought it. Is the OS for the Powerbook different that the one for other Macs? I have a set of 7.5.5? and I can boot it in the dock with the DiskTools disk, but I wonder if, should the need arise, that I can use these to install a system on the PowerBook? The startup screen on the PowerBook looks identical to the OS 8.1 screen on my Performa 575, but the 7.5 startup screen on my SE/30 looks completely different. If I need a special version of the OS, where could I find/buy a copy. Thanks, Robert Newman ---------- Duo/2400 List, The friendliest place on the Net!
