Hi all,
I've been lurking for a while with no real problems, but I have noticed that
the three 2300 duos that I run appear to heat up to quite different
temperatures (as shown by Jeremy Kezer's 'My Battery'). This doesn't worry
me in principle, butI _would_ like to know what the 'safe' operating
temperature is and if anyone has figures - or a good guess - that would be
useful.
I've worked quite a lot on two of them and have noticed that the bonding
between the CPU stiffener and the 603 chip tends to lift off a little after
time. I haven't found a suitable way of rebonding so suggestions here would
be useful.
