To use dial-up internet from your duo you will have to establish a PPP
connection first. Being that you have a TCP/IP control panel, you have
Open Transport installed, so my recommendation is that you install OT/PPP,
which is a dialer made by apple that I prefer. Also look for "OT/PPP
Menu" on Versiontracker. FreePPP is another option, but OT/PPP was always
easier for me.
