As Emily Litella used to say, "Never mind."  I went back through the 
old posts, having now found a search utility for this list, and I 
found someone's old post:

This worked to get it fired up, and I will keep trying to get it back 
to normal, but for now, I have some steps to try.  Any other advice 
would be appreciated, though.
