The guy has agreed to refund me, minus 20%! 20% I would have to pay for his
error, because he didn't check what he had for sale.

Do you think that this is fair? On a $100 purchase, that still $20, in
addition for the shipping I already paid, and that I will have to pay to
return the memory.

What do you think I should do, guys? I had emailed TechWorks support but
haven't heard from them.

Info, advice, pointer gladly accepted!
