Trash "NUpowr G3 Preferences"
Turn off "extensions"
Reinstall v.1.03 from a clean download
Keep all unnecessary extensions off and configure NUpowr CP cache to 120mhz.
Restart twice.
If no extension conflict and still not working contact Newer.
