Probably. The manuals are still copyrighted by Apple,
plus they seem to believe the hoi polloi should not
have access to them, even for long-obsolete products
they no longer support.

The question is, how long would it take? I imagine
Apple does some monitoring of discussion lists, and if
your site became popular, it might receive notice on
one of the Mac news sites. But their first step would
most likely be to send you a cease and desist order,
to which you could politely acquiesce. In the
meantime, they would be available.

I actually have most if not all of these manuals,
collected over time when URLs became publically known,
before they were disabled. Unfortunately, I think the
early ones are in Acrobat 3 format incompatible with
Acrobat 4.
