What is "Personal Journal"?

Personal Journal is a program that allows you to keep a journal of events or
a list of records. A password can be assigned to each journal file to
protect the information inside. You can create as many journal files as you
require, each one capable of holding its own set of text and pictures.
Personal Journal v1.1 now supports more picture formats than the original,
includes a Go To Date command, and has other new features and bug fixes.
It's freeware. Check download.com for it.
Anyway, I keep getting an error type 12 when it try to open it on my 2400.
This is the second piece of software that this happened to. Any thoughts?
