MS pulled all copies of IE4.0 off the internet (and the face of the Earth).
It was the last to run on non-PPCs. I'm not sure about IE4.5.
You can also check on an OS8.x thru OS9.x install disk. I believe you'll
find IE4.5 on one of these.
If you really need IE4.0 check here:
<http://64.34.128.5/> look in MyFiles. IE4.0 is there as well as some other
goodies you're welcome to (this is my site via Personal Web Sharing).
It's a big download though so make sure you look on your install CDs first.
