Hello Fellow Listers

I have just acquired a 1991 vintage Apple NUBUS Graphics Card (32 Bit, but
slow), and installed said card in Duo Dock II where it feeds a 640x480
colour monitor. My other (primary) monitor's an Apple 832x624, which uses
the Docks VRAM.

Remainder of system is Duo280 with 40MB RAM, VM turned off, cache set to
1024 KB, plus a ZIP drive and a 3rd party CD ROM (in an 8"cube I mentioned
once upon a time, and Tom, I haven't forgotten those drawings you want!)
All is painted gloss black, creating a veritable (and voluminous) Darth
Vader of a Duo system.

Thing is, if I have the Quicktime Extension turned on, AppleWorks,
SimpleText and sometimes Photoshop (v.3) quit when the Open command is
invoked, and generates a Type 1 error dialogue.

Everything works fine with QT off.

Any clues anyone?

Thanks in advance, and Happy Christmas to you all.
