I remember Kaboom. I believe it was the commercial version of the shareware
control panel called SoundMaster. It was pretty fun. Always made those
Windoze 3.1 user sooooo jealous!
As I recall, it went away because it wasn't OS8 compatible. Are you running
OS7.x? Or maybe it was that SoundMaster wasn't OS7 compatible...it was a
long time ago ;^)
This would also indicate that it is a System problem. I would think Peter's
suggestions would stand a good chance of correcting this.
