I am currently trying to find some way to get ethernet to my 280c. It looks like i can find a regular minidock much easier - also I see several listings for "scsi ethernet adapters" for powerbooks. Apparently they plug into the HDI -30 port on a powerbook and take power from the ADB port. My questions are: 1) Can I use the scsi ethernet adapter with an Apple Minidock? or 2) Does anyone know of any source (other then eBay, which I have been checking) for any of the several minidocks that have ethernet? I've tried all the ones listed at the bottom of the listserve messages. I actually found a place with a Newertech ethernet microdock listed for _$10_ , but when I called they had sold it hours before! I saw that Mac2400 had a great for sale board for 2400s and parts... does anything similar exist for the duo? I do realize that i am looking for extremly rare parts, it's just that someone has to have them.. dont they? thanks for any advice -lee ---------- Duo/2400 List, The friendliest place on the Net!
