I recently posted this. I don't know if they're still available but you'll
get an idea of what you need:

If anyone needs a DuoDock hard drive install kit there are now 5 of them
posted on eBay by the same seller:

Only a $25 Buy-It-Now price which includes a 230MB hard drive. I think it
would be well worth the price in the time you would save alone by not having
to run around hunting down individual parts.

You can use any capacity hard drive that your version of the Mac Operating
System can handle. OS7.6 is the highest a 230 will run so you can use a
drive with several GIG if you want.

And as Andrew suggested, scan past postings for even more info.
