The List'ers just went thru a complete detail on this last week, scan your
email and you can see the details. As an overview, the DuoDocks can accept a
3.5" SCSI drive (half-height or smaller) as big as you can get it. I highly
recommend using a low wattage drive (some of the older IBM drives pulled lots
of power, the DuoDock power supply is NOT one of the best designs in the
world). You will need a drive cable (50 pin to 50 pin) and a power cable.
If you have an old Classic the power cable will work, or you can "roll your
own" as I do. The drive sled is an LCII style sled (metal support for the
drive). Set the drive for something other than ID zero, and go to town.
Format it as you would any other SCSI drive. Scan back on the list emails
and there will be lots of additional data.
