Here's my preliminary findings on boot speed and memory requirements for 9.1 on an un-modified PB 2400c, with 80Mb memory. I used two different configs. I timed it until it launched control strip, which I considered the end of a full boot. Not scientific but if someone is considering updating it may be useful. I'll have battery times later if the List is interested.
