I'm frequently reading about the scarcity of PRAM and main batteries for the
2400. As my main battery is showing its age (only about 30 minutes per
charge), I'm increasingly concerned about being ultimately unable to replace
them. Can the 2400 run without them? What happens if I just take the battery
out, run on AC when I need it and leave it unplugged when I don't. Do I just
lose the clock/calender functions.
