well, it's about the same for duo users, like the 68k and 2300 users..

both pram and main batteries are getting hard to find, much like the
truth ...and the prices aren't getting cheaper...I would suspect stuff
like that IS NO LONGER being carried by your local Apple dealer..

It's the price we pay for using ' out of production ' macs...

the trouble being, the older macs and powerbooks like the duos
and 2400, are still very useful machines, and probably DO what we
need them to do...and don't have a need to get the latest and greatest
macs..WHICH Apple hates..as they would rather SELL everyone on this
list a G4 powerbook...unlike the wintel platform, which replacement
of said machines..seems to be in vogue, every 2-3 years......

Don't think there's many older thinkpads out there. doing their
things ..like our beloved, older macs & powerbooks...
