I use Freeway for developing several business webpages and the webpage for my church. I think that it is perfectly fine, and the price is right. I also use Hot Metal Pro 3.0 in conjunction with Freeway. Got it from someone on the list for $5.00. So, it really is possible to use a 68K Mac to develop webpages. Go MAC!
