I don't think there is a direct way to change that setting. maybe via
Applescript?

<grumble>instead of putting energy into stupid things like the chili
peppers the guys at Eudora should put some energy into more
customizability. Eudora is sliding towards the sucky side, in my
opinion. Try to discuss something with their support, you get snotty,
condescending answers from people who are obviuously ignorant.

recently I sent an email to eudora support voicing my frustrations
and saying something like "I can hardly wait for OS X to come out".
The guy writes back "Sandy, I presume you are using Eudora 5 on
Windows 98..."

What a jackass!

Eudora is certainly not what it used to be.</grumble>
