O.K., I've only had one experience with OWC and it was good, so maybe not a definitive experience. But I have gotten bad chips from both RamJet and DMS and they were very good, no questions asked, about returning and replacing the bad chips. In fact, they were downright pleasant. Bad chips can be gotten from any supplier, it's just a fact of life. But the real test is whether the dealer will support you when you do get one. These two have, and so did OWC in the one case I've bought from them.
