Hello all! I have a 280c with 24MB of memory, System 7.5.3, and Netscape 4.04. I also own a Quadra 610 which I am writing this email on right now. I love the Powerbook to death but the trackball is simply shot. Sometimes it will go up and down but not across and sometimes it will go across but not up and down and sometimes it requires hard and fast spinning just to move a few pixels. It's really frustrating in Netscape when error and expired certificate windows keep popping up and I can't click them away fast enough. Does anyone have a Minidock they'd like to part with so I can use my mouse? Or is changing the trackball a simple job? If so where can I get a used one? eBay? Thanks in advance for any help. Also, does anyone want a used 1997 Hyundai Accent GS hatchback? Drives good, looks bad, only needs cosmetics, fresh Texas stickers, great for deliveries, no back seat. I am the second owner of this car and it's in better shape now than when I bought it. I've done all I can and it is time to move on to something not so ugly. By the way it's lavender. But it's cheap, so if you're like me, it matters not the color. just the way it drives. Book value $4690, it is slightly wrecked but not unsafe, all glass and lights good, just needs a fender and hood. I have $2100 invested in the car, will take $1600.
