It actually an extra control panel called 'TCP/IP Options' you can 
find it on Apple's FTP site. It just give you access to parts of Open 
Transport you don't normaly have. If you can't find it, I can e-mail 
it to you.

I'm running version 2.0.3 of Open Transport and I'm not having any 
problems. You should also be able to find a newer OT on Apple's site 
as well.
