Let me chime in here with some praise too. When I bought my 2400, it came
with a bad power supply board. Apple quoted me something like $800 and 6
weeks for repair. They insisted it was a motherboard. Based on the
accolades posted on this list some time ago, I sent it to DT&T. Over the
phone they surmised that it would be the power supply, around a $200
repair.

I sent the package by Airborne by multi-day. (This is NOT because I was
having problems with Fed Ex.) The day after the Airborne tracking showed
that the package was delivered, the repaired 2400 showed up on my
doorstep. No kidding. They must have received it in the morning, fixed it
and shipped it out the same day. And I must say it still works perfectly!
