After a clean system install, you usually don't want to mess around the
extensions, unless you really know what you're doing. There are a few
utilities that will provide a description for almost every single extension
you'll find in your system folder. I think that Bleu & Blanc is one of them.
If you want to keep your system lean, that's probably a good start before
arbitrarily removing extensions. If you really want to go ahead, it is
usually a good practice to disable only a few extensions at a time and then
reboot. After rebooting, check the usual applications you're using. It's not
completely fool proof, but sometimes you'll find out that something you did
remove was actually needed by some app. It takes some time to do it, but
it's better than having to re-enable all extensions you disabled since you
can't find which one is missing.
