Hey Todd,

Life's a bitch without the manual :)   There is an eject slot on the left
side of every dock.  If memory serves, the newer dock models even has an
embossed "eject" written next to the slot.  Use a screwdriver or the dock
key to eject the beastie.  This is safer than forcing the mechanism from
inside.
