Brian,

I�ve had good luck with CompuServe in the UK and
Central Europe...lots of access numbers, etc.  I use
it for eMail only, however, and have the older
so-called �Classic� version 2.4.2 installed in my Duo
280.  Its my understanding that the newer version
(which CompuServe pushes heavily) uses different
access numbers for the same geography and may be more
expensive.   The Classic version costs nothing extra
over the U.S. subscription of about $10.00/month for
up to five hours online time (except for the phone
costs to get to the nearest access city)
