Nope. Netscape 4.06 will work on any 68K Macs without the Runtime enabler,
and 4.07 and 4.08 both will require runtime enabler to use on 68K Macs.
Any version beyond 4.08 has been written for PPC Macs and unless you know of a
PPC to 68K code translator, Netscape 4.5 and up just won't work.
4.08 is the last version for all 68K.
