56MB of RAM?? - luxury!!!
I've nevr used either Speed or RAM Doubler - they do tend generate lively
discussions here though, so you're bound to learn lots!
I use 44, OS 8.1, QUark, Photoshop, (both circa 1995) Appleworks 5, and
have plenty of RAM left over.
Important thing is to use software contemporary with the machine
(Appleworks and OS excepted perhaps).
