You are exactly correct.  Mine is a 280c upgraded to 2300c.  And it 
definitely
has a SCSI 320MB drive.  I have been pointed to Sun Remarketing 
(www.sunrem.com),
where I find that they have a lot of spare parts and accessories for 
Mac's.
