VPC works pretty transparently as far as printing from Windows applications. If printing is set up for your Mac applications, there isn't anything really for you to set up for VPC as it uses some kind of epson emulation to print from the Win app to VPC to the Mac.
Keep in mind that it uses a bit of memory and can take a while for all that spooling to happen, but other than that I can't see why you shouldn't be using a new G4 Ti-book by the end of the week.
