This was a black Keyboard II, good but not great IMO.
Both this and the 20th Anniversary keyboard mentioned
by Marc Sira are unavailable except as used. The
service part replacement is the graphite AppleDesign,
which as the original poster noted, is also somewhat
lacking in feel. I used one during the period I was
mad to properly "accessorize" my WallStreet and got
accustomed to it, but it can't compare to the Extended
Keyboard II or the Adjustable Keyboard. The NeXT is
the only other ADB keyboard I'm aware of. There are
PS/2->ADB converters to use with a black PC keyboard,
but they are quite expensive; cheaper and better to
get a USB card and a USB keyboard, if you have a free
PC card slot.

The only black ADB trackball I know of was the CoStar
StingRay, which I have. It is better than most
trackballs but doesn't compare to the TurboMouse,
although it does look quite striking with one of the
optional neon-colored balls. The current Kensington
Orbit comes in an ice/graphite USB/ADB version as well
as the less expensive platinum/navy USB/PS/2. That may
be your best bet if you need ADB; in some ways I
prefer the Orbit to the TurboMouse, especially the
newer 4-button versions.
