I made my own about 7 years ago. I do believe what you are looking for is
a Molex 43025-0400 connector which plugs into the duo dock motherboard. I
didn't have the molex crimper at the time so I used a soft jaw vice (just to
hold the pin stable, don't tighten!) to hold the pins while I manually
crimpted the wings with a needlenose plier. A few years back I broke down
and bought the crimper! Now it takes 2 seconds!
. As I recall I bought it at our local Fry's Electronics store that came
on a card in pretty packaging with the connector and the 4 @ pins for about
99 cents. If you can find an electronics parts store in Japan which sells
it loose you can get what you need for about 60 cents US. Now the ends
which plug into the drives themselves are Molex also, but standard, and can
be had almost anywhere that sells computers. I presume you probably have a
few of these with the 4 wires already attached. If so, just crimp on to
those wires, otherwise, splicing is fine. The colors are as such
Black=ground; Red=+5V; Yellow=+12V. Now, This is how the Molex connector on
the duo dock side is wired:
(Orientation while staring at the connector end of the cable you're going to
make).

| R | B | Black=B; Red=R; Yellow=Y

Of course, before you plug it in, you can power the dock and do a sanity
check by measuring the voltages from the pins on the duo motherboard
connector. If all of this is confusing, I can make a clearer drawing and
email it to you offline.
Hope this helps.
