You can put any size IDE drive in your 2300c, even IBM's new 48gig drive!

There is always the annoying 4gig SCSI disk limit that prevents you 
from using a drive larger than 4gig in a pre-G3 PowerBook without 
corrupting the disk.

I remember that MacOS before 7.6 has problems with drive larger than 
4gigs. Also, You should use HFS+ formatting so that means MacOS 8.1 
or better.

So, what OS are/will you be running?
