You can change the 33.3333 MHz oscillator to a higher value; this 
increases the bus and CPU speeds.  I dont think you can change the 
bus-to-CPU ratio.

I was always wondering if you could desolder the RAM on the mobo and 
replace with higher density units, but I doubt I will ever get to try.
