Since someone else on this list is also having a OS 9.1 system upgrade problem, try this: downgrade to OS 8.5, upgrade to 8.6, optimum for the 2400. If you want to experiment with 9.1, load it on another HD or partition and troubleshoot from a clean system install. 9.1 may require many software and extension upgrades. Conflict Catcher must be at v.8.0.8.
