I just bought a 2300c on ebay and got it today. It works just fine,
but the screen casing seems to be loose. If I put my thumb on the
front and my fingers on the back, I can push the screen casing
together like I think its supposed to be. Can or should I put some
kind of glue along the seam to hold them together properly? The same
is true on the part that covers the clutch mechanism. Any ideas?

Also, as to modem connection speeds, if I attach a 56k external modem
to the modem port, can I realize the full connection capability, or
is there a limitation on the port itself. If not, what about
connecting via ethernet to another Mac running IPNetrouter and
connecting via a 56K modem.
