my trusty 2300 has gone dark. the duo still boots and works everyday as long as i have it attached to an external monitor. if i shine a bright light on the LCD screen i think i can make out the desktop. are these screens backlit? is there a bulb i can replace? i've checked the usual parts places who have screens for most other PBs but nothing for the 2300. there is something called an "inverter" that seems peculiar to the 2300. is this the culprit? any advice would be greatly appreciated.
