Here the average Superintendent makes $95,000 per year in the small towns
and $145,000 in the larger cities.
Anytime an ex teacher runs for school board in this state, the cry becomes,
"Don't let the teachers take over our schools!" and they then get less than
25% of the vote, while the local retired farmer on a mission to lower his
tax bill, wins by a landslide.
I know this seems to be getting OT, but this issue is paramount to our
survival as Mac users, unless we all want to become Classic Mac users only!
