I would somehow doubt it considering how tempermental the built-in ones are
for stuff like just getting slightly damp. On the other hand, I recently
picked up 10 of the ALPS Glidepoints from the garage sale thing and found
that they're much more robust in ways like that (I drink a lot of iced tea,
and often get the condensation from the cup on my fingers, which makes a
mess of touchpads).

I don't know if it would be possible, but you just might could hack a
glidepoint into it and it might work... hard to say.

For $1 it might be interesting to try.
