Hi, all: I'm having a printing problem.
I have a Duo 280c, 40MBS RAM, Ram Doubler, OS 7.5.3 and use an HP Deskwriter C. When the printer is connected to the Duo and I turn it on, it prints out line after line of superimposed white/gray letters on a solid black background until the whole page is full (if I let it). When I print out a document, text or graphic, the printer spits out the page with the garble on it and then prints my document perfectly. The minute the document is finished printing, the printer starts up again with the garble. This does not happen when I have used a borrowed Applewriter 2. My HP print drivers are up to date and AppleTalk is inactive: what's going on? Any help would be appreciated! Thank you! Pete ---------- Duo/2400 List, The friendliest place on the Net!
