I might try 40 MHz some day, but thats about it. When I overclock to 37.5 MHz, I sue a better thermal pad, which helps to some degree. My next Major Duo project is to trans plant a 180 MHz QFCP 603e in the place of the Duo 2300 cpu. Since I couldnt find the CFG-PLL, I figure I will tie these pins up and run a circuit myself.
