Good morning fellow Duo enthusiasts from the UK,
Just got an Asante Netdock for my Duo collection and having problems trying
to use it.
Firstly to install the software for it you have to have the Netdock in
place. Which rules out using the floppy drive to install from. So I thought
I had got round this by copying the software to the hard drive and
installing it from there.
Seemed to go alright, but when I tried to use AppleTalk to set up my network
I was informed it did not recognize the "Ethernet card installed"!?!
Tried it on 210 / 230 / 250 / 270c / 280m & c / 2300c running OS 7.6.1 thru
to 8.5.
Any help / tips appreciated.
Regards,
RMH
