It actually a part of the Dock's declaration ROM. I've played around
with it before and found the bit the needs to be flipped, but never
got around to doing it. All my Duo hacking stopped after I got my
2400c.\

The good news is that now that I have my new car, Mana (my old
PowerBook Duo) will probably be integrated into my new car along with
the guts of her dock, and I'll have to hack the declaration ROM so I
can use the internal LCD.

>It might be an interesting hack to figure out which pins on the dock
>connector control whether the screen is on or not. Obivously it can be done
>since the minidock still leaves the duo screen active.
