Hello: My 2400c does not want to power up. I have a blank screen and the latch light is glowing. Under a similar scenario, I was successfully able to reset the system a few weeks ago by holding the reset button about 20 seconds when AC power was supplied. It doesn't seem to work now. I know the battery is good, and when plugged in, the power adapter and 2400 are warm, so I figure that power must be getting to the 'book. When I press the reset button I do hear a little click which I assume is a positive engagement of the reset button, but nothing happens from there - screen does not light up and now internal noise.
