firstly unless you have a diagram of how to do it (don't). duo's can be very
easy broken. Next put the duo on a table and if poss? an anti static sheet,
Then keep your trainers on for the grounding and  attach your wrist strap to
the case stiffener it's metal (once you have the keyboard removed)
and you should be safe as houses, make sure the duo is unplugged and no
battery so you don't damage it. these are all extra precautions as the
static build up is not that much in laptops.
