I hope you removed the batteries, opened it up, and dried it before
you put any other power to it. If not, then download a service manual,
take it apart, and dry it thoroughly with a hair dryer, unplugging
everything including RAM. Then put it back together and try it, first
without RAM, then with. If you did dry it when you should have, I'd try it
without the RAM, or with a different module.
