If you use RAMDoubler to look at the allocations, the memory leak occurs in IE, but if you use the Finder, it gets accounted with the MacOS. BUT... I've only noticed these leaks if you use the popup menu to open links in new windows. Since my Duo is a 280c, my only option (if I want to access HTTPS sites) is NS 4.08 (or whatever the numerology is). On all my desktop machines I've got a minimum of 128 MB, so I just bump IE to 40-50 MB and it runs just fine. Except for these idiot sites that insist on using the latest non-standard bells/whistles or have buggy Java/JavaScript code.
